Evangelism and Community Outreach
The biblical obligation to feed the hungry and evangelize the world is plainly mentioned in Jesus’ teachings at Matthew 25:35 and Acts 1:8.
LMC Agrimissions offers churches in the communities the opportunity to spread the Good News of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and promote healthy, locally grown food sources.
In addition to our current program, we collaborate with others to create a comprehensive training program for people and organizations interested in starting urban or community-based gardening projects. The training program is intended for both beginners and seasoned gardeners.

Why Agricultural Missions is Important
One of the immediate effects of sin on the world was futility in agriculture (Genesis 3:17). As we seek to make disciples of all nations, we seek not only the spiritual renewal but also the physical renewal of all peoples as they seek to exercise their God-given call to subdue the earth and exercise dominion over it (Genesis 2:28).
Community Gardens
Our LMC Global Agricultural Missions Team works with churches to encourage the establishment of “community gardens” that can be used to develop relationships with those living around the church. This gives people an opportunity to work in the garden and to share the harvest of fresh vegetables in the name of Christ.
Short-Term Mission Trips
The LMC Global Missions Team encourages individuals who have an interest in agriculture to participate in short-term mission trips to help missionaries and national leaders with water and food production projects while sharing their faith. Past trips have included those to communities where we work, serve, and live. Here is the opportunity to serve on a short-term mission trip.

LMC Agrimissions offers churches in the communities the opportunities to share the Gospel and reach out to help the poor in a real and practical way through agriculture. The goal is to provide a place where the community people can come to learn effective agricultural techniques while also being engaged with the Gospel of Christ.Â
LMC Agriculture Purpose
The purpose of the LMC Global Agricultural Ministry is to help Christians share the love of Jesus by becoming involved in missions that address poverty and hunger wherever they exist.
LMC Global Projects
Our Mission Agricultural Team develops relationships with dedicated pastors and evangelists of local churches in the communities. The primary focus is to assist in the development of an agricultural demonstration farm on the community’s land. There will be several phases to this over the course of several years. The goal is to provide a place where the communities’ people can come to learn effective agricultural techniques while also being engaged with the Gospel of Christ. The focus of the teams will also be to engage in discipleship making as well as other outreach opportunities.
