Arcton School Complex

Construction of Multi-Purpose School Building at Awombrew, Central Region, Ghana.

The school project is situated at Awomberew a rural village in the Agona Central district in Central region of Ghana. We ask for support for the primary school, Junior High and Senior High School. Additionally teaching trades and skills for the youth of this community are very important in Ghana. This school building project and hostel will give students an opportunity to continue their education and learn key employable skills that makes their future brighter.

School children and their classmates are exposed to the elements and intense sun. Violent rain would disrupt lessons and make it impossible for children to learn and go to school. LMC Global have responded to help build a classroom block with offices, staff rooms, a store and a library so children can learn in a safe and productive environment. You can help children like these in Awomberew and surrounding village stay in school. Let’s help educate new generation of educated and responsible leaders for better Ghana.

  • School Building at Awomberew Village

The Summary

These projects will be hosted in Awomberew, a rural village in the Central Region of Ghana. We all work to support primary School, Junior and Senior High Schools. Other communities within the vicinity of the district will also benefit.

In addition, the project will provide technical and vocational education schools, teaching trades and skills to children who have ended state-funded education in Ghana, which stops at age 16. This hostel will give students an opportunity to continue their education and learn key employable skills.

The Challenge

State-funded education in Ghana stops at age 16 after that point children often leave school without employable skills. Our school project will provides technical and vocational skills, like dressmaking, masonry, catering, electrical engineering and ICT. Students’ needs to stay at the school during the week to complete their program of choice. The current school building in Awomberew is old and decrepit, meaning the children are unsafe overnight and don’t want to attend school.

Help Build a better Future for these Children

The Solution

We will build a new School building and hostel which will house students in a safe and sheltered condition, and provide them with a space to continue their studies till completion of program of choice.

The Long-Term Impact

The school project will help educate young Ghanaians with academic subjects, and in addition teach them from primary to senior High. We will Provides technical and vocational skills like dress-making, catering, carpentry, masonry, electrical engineering and ICT for those who complete the Junior and Senior Hight School. This hostel will give parents encouragement to send their children to school by keeping their children safe while at school, and in turn make them more employable and set them up for a better future.

Sponsor a Child’s Education.

Many children miss out on school because their families can’t afford the school fees. Just $10 or more a month will pay for a child to go to school for a year. That’s all it costs to provide a quality education – we don’t mark anything up.

Why not work in partnership with theis school to help them have the biggest impact possible.

We do all we can to:

Help as many students as possible to get an education
Help Graduated Students generate income for themselves without depending on others to live.
